Challenge 2:     Laazikaat :     I want Oblivious!Spike aware of Xander's arousal every time he's near him, but assuming Xander's getting hot and bothered over whoever else is in the room as well, and starting to think Xander's a randy bugger hot for nearly everyone (including Giles!) until they're finally alone somewhere and the penny drops.

There can be more then one person to try and write a sequel. I just have a few does and don’ts

1.No vampire Xander

2.Please if you do the whole Angel offering Xander thing at the H.S. please don’t have Spike take Xander and kidnap him, I mean I love the idea but I’ve read numerous stories with that plot I want something new and I have faith that you guys can make something different.

3.Although Spike flirting with Xander at the H.S. before or after Angel offers him to Spike wouldn’t hurt.

4.As for the overall plot you can do what you like although I would like if some of the major things still happened like Angelus

5.I want Spike to fall in love with Xander and Xander to fall in love with Spike but I want Spike to realize his love for Xander before Xander realizes his love for Spike.

6.I want this to be a slow burn you know for this sequel to take more then a chapter. This should at least take 10 to 20

7.As for the other characters:
A. Drusilla- If you decide to have her go along with the idea of having Xander as a pet have Spike procrastinate in bringing Xander to Dru. For he wants Xander to himself but she ends up kidnapping Xander because she gets tired of waiting. And if she doesn’t have Spike stalk Xander anyway. Oh and please write her dialogue off the wall like the writers of the show.

B. The Scooby’s-Beside asking that you stay true to how they act or talk I’d like for one of them to either catch Spike and Xander in the act (in the H.S hallway or cemetery where ever) or they follow Xander after seeing that he’s acting different and see him and Spike together. If you have a more creative way of this happening by all means do it. Oh and if it’s Oz that would be awesome I mean he’s the most quiet guy in the group he’d be the least likely to be seen. Although if it’s one of the others that would be awesome too.

8.Oh and I don’t want Xander or Spike to die.

9.I want Angelus to cause some type of problem between Xander and Spike like either he’s the one to let it slip to the others that Xander and Spike are together or he hurts Spike so Xander fights him or visa versa.

Besides these have fun with it and shock me.

15. "I've recently discovered, and gave been enjoying, your End of the Beginning series. I also saw the page where you listed ideas people had submitted to you for future Spander stories. I would like to submit a suggestion of my own.

I would like to see a Spander story that is all-human, with martial arts (with weapons) as the catalyst for Spike and Xander's relationship. Maybe one of them has a day job where martial arts is a vital component of the job (cop, maybe, or just the owner of a dojo), and the other one has a non-martial arts-related job, but practices very intensive martial arts as a way of life to help himself cope with past life-angst - much meditation and strict diet regimen included.

In their skills, they are both very advanced - master level, in fact.

Their mutual interest in martial arts causes them to cross paths. At first they intensely dislike each other and there's a lot of sparring - both of the verbal and weapon-related variety. But eventually, they come to admire each other's skills....and along the way, they discover a mutual attraction to one another. MAJOR HOTNESS ensues."

Has there ever been a fic with Spike "not telling" the Scoobys about his chip in season four, not wanting to expose that weakness? He wants the Initiative taken down, but also realize he needs help with it. Maybe acts like an informer and uses Xander as a middleman. Spike, never taken the time to really get to know a human, is when "forced" to interact with Xander becoming aware of the fact that he starts to like the man with the warped humor and the big, loyal heart. And faces the challenge try to get Xander to trust him. (Maybe some practical problem like getting blood without losing Big Bad persona ect.)"
